Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on January 21, 2015, the Clerk of the Court will sell the real property situated in Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as:

Commence at the Southwest corner of the Southeast ¼ of Section 36, Township 26 South, Range 20 East, Pasco County, Florida, and run South 89°59'57” East, along the South Boundary of said Section 330.00 feet; thence run North 538.39 feet; thence run North 51°10'33” East, 1686.37 to the Northwest corner of Tract 15 of said NEW RIVER RANCHETTES; thence continue North 51°10'33” East, along the North Boundary of said tract, 132.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 51°10'33” East, along said North Boundary 85.82 feet; thence South 53°45'20” East, 668.06 feet to the Northwesterly right of way line of State Road 579, said point being on a curve to the right said curve having a radius of 979.22 feet chord bearing of South 46°14'32” West, chord of 168.51 feet; thence run along said curve a arc distance of 169.72 feet; thence run continuing along said right of way line South 51°10'33” West, 90.07 feet; thence leaving said right of way North 38°49'27” West, 660.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for CASH, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the March 12, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
