NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and STEVEN J.REED; JAMIE D. REED; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR HOME LOAN CENTER, INC DBA LENDING TREE LOANS; ADVANCED PIER TECHNOLOGY, LLC, are defendants. Paula S. O'neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
