LOT 10: THE NORTH 94 FEET OF THE EAST 161.29 FEET OF TRACT 90, IN SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, AS PER MAP OR PLAT OF THE ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 15 FEET THEREOF FOR STREET.
AND
LOT 11: THE SOUTH 79 FEET OF THE NORTH 173 FEET OF THE EAST 161.29 FEET OF TRACT 90, IN SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Raymond C. Carr, plaintiff's attorney, whose address 625 Court Street Clearwater, FL 33756, on or before 3/9/2015 (a date not less than 28 or more than 60 days after first publication) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
