NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in on the 20th day of August, 2014, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, being Civil Action No.: 522009CA004228XXCICI, in which BANKUNITED, is the Plaintiff and AMADOU WANE and MERLANDE WANE, and all other unknown parties claiming by, through or under named defendants are the Defendants, and under and pursuant to the terms of the said Final Judgment of Foreclosure will offer for sale to the highest and best bidder, via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 16th day of March, 2015, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., the same being a legal sales day and the hour a legal hour of sale, the real and personal property situated in Pinellas County, Florida and legally described as follows:
That part of Lot 2, MAP OF ERWIN'S SUBDIVISION, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 68, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas County was formerly part, described as follows:
Beginning 100.00 feet South of the Northeast corner of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 25, Township 31 South, Range 16 East; thence run West 161.00 feet; South 40.00 feet; East 161.00 feet; North 40.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, less right-of-way.
