NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-004172-CI-021, of the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WINSTON PARK NORTHEAST 600/500 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and DONALD POTTS and RONALD POTTS, individually, and as SUCCESSOR TRUSTEES OF THE EVELYN H. POTTS INTER VIVOS TRUST UNDER DATE OF JULY 2, 2004, AS AMENDED ON NOVEMBER 8, 2006, are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February 23, 2015, to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit 201, WINSTON PARK NORTHEAST 500 CONDOMINIUM, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, Pages 76 through 84, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4933, Page 1671, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto
