YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an Amended Complaint has been filed against you by the plaintiff, CARR-RUBIN ASSOCIATES, LLP, seeking to quiet title to the real property located in Pinellas County, described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Lots 3 through 7 in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 9, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas Groves, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described as follows:
From the North 1/4 corner of Section 9, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida as a point of reference; thence North 89044'57” West along the North line of said Section 990.70 feet; thence leaving said line South 0000'49” West along the East line of said Lot 3 a distance of 230.36 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 0000'49” West along said line 1086.87 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot; thence North 89050'46” West along the South line of Lots 3, 4, 5 and a portion of Lot 7 a distance of 1435.36 feet to the thread of Cross Bayou Canal; thence along the thread of said Canal by the following four courses:
1) North 18017'02” East, 378.68 feet;
2) North 16015'16” East, 400.36 feet;
3) North 17017'27” East, 302.96 feet;
4) North 18017'12” East, 257.73 feet;
to an intersection with the South right-of-way line of Ulmerton Road (S.R. #688) said line being 40 feet South of and parallel with the North line of said Section; thence South 89044'57” East along said line 381.94 feet to the Northwest corner of those certain lands described in Official Records Book 3698, Page 619, Public Records of said County; thence along the boundary of said lands by the following three courses:
1) South 0012'42” West, 380.00 feet;
2) South 89044'57” East, 420.00 feet;
3) North 0012'43” East, 189.48 feet;
to an intersection with the North line of those lands described in Official Records Book 4145, Page 328, Public Records of said County; thence South 89047'17” East along said line 232.61 feet to the aforementioned Point of Beginning.
LESS the following: A portion of Lot 5, in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 9, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas Groves, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described as follows:
From the North 1/4 corner of Section 9, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida as a point of reference; thence North 89044'57” West along the North line of said Section, 1642.51 feet; thence leaving said line South 00012'42” West, 40.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 00012'42” West along said line, 220.0 feet; thence North 89044'57” West, 181.06 feet; thence North 00015'03” East, 220.0 feet to an intersection with the South right-of-way line of Ulmerton Road (S.R. 688), said line being 40.0 feet and parallel with the North line of said Section; thence South 89044'57” East and along said line, 180.91 feet to the aforementioned Point of Beginning.

Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 9; run thence along the North line of said Section 9, North 89044'57” West, 1107.42 feet; run thence South 00012'43” West, 230.45 feet to the Point of Beginning; run thence North 89047'17” West, 115.00 feet; run thence South 00012'43” West, 222.10 feet; run thence South 89047'17” East, 233.44 feet to the West line of Lot 2, Pinellas Groves, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Pinellas County, Florida, lying in the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 9; run thence North 00000'18” East, 222.10 feet along said West line of said Lot 2, Pinellas Groves; run thence North 89047'17” West, 117.63 feet to the Point of Beginning.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and/or objections, if any, on the plaintiff's attorney, Steven H. Weinberger, Esq., Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP, 911 Chestnut St., Post Office Box 1368, Clearwater, FL 33757, [email protected], on or before MARCH 9, 2015 , a date which shall be not less than 28 nor more than 60 days after the first publication of this Notice in The Business Observer, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court, KEN BURKE, Clerk of Court, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756, (727) 464-3267, either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
