YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an Amended Complaint has been filed against you by the plaintiff, CARR-RUBIN ASSOCIATES, LLP, seeking to quiet title to the real property located in Pinellas County, described as follows:

That portion of Lots 3 through 7 in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 9, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas Groves, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described as follows:
From the North 1/4 corner of Section 9, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida as a point of reference; thence North 89044'57” West along the North line of said Section 990.70 feet; thence leaving said line South 0000'49” West along the East line of said Lot 3 a distance of 230.36 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 0000'49” West along said line 1086.87 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot; thence North 89050'46” West along the South line of Lots 3, 4, 5 and a portion of Lot 7 a distance of 1435.36 feet to the thread of Cross Bayou Canal; thence along the thread of said Canal by the following four courses:
1) North 18017'02” East, 378.68 feet;

Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 9; run thence along the North line of said Section 9, North 89044'57” West, 1107.42 feet; run thence South 00012'43” West, 230.45 feet to the Point of Beginning; run thence North 89047'17” West, 115.00 feet; run thence South 00012'43” West, 222.10 feet; run thence South 89047'17” East, 233.44 feet to the West line of Lot 2, Pinellas Groves, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Pinellas County, Florida, lying in the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 9; run thence North 00000'18” East, 222.10 feet along said West line of said Lot 2, Pinellas Groves; run thence North 89047'17” West, 117.63 feet to the Point of Beginning.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and/or objections, if any, on the plaintiff's attorney, Steven H.
