NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10009259CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RONALD CHEEK AKA RONALD B. CHEEK; ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION; ISPC; SAN CHRISTOPHER VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MILDRED CHEEK; KRISTY LYNN STEWART A/K/A KRISTY LYNN MEEKS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 19th day of February, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1903, SAN CHRISTOPHER VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5243, PAGE 1928, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, SPECIFICALLY INCLUDING THAT AMENDMENT IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5693, PAGE 438, ADDING PHASE III AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 74, PAGE 32 AND 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
