NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 19, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 08012103CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, is Plaintiff, and WALTER KEITH KEEHNLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WALTER KEITH KEEHNLE, IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 27th day of February, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 12, BLOSSOM LAKE VILLAGE, SECTION IV, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
