NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 204, Building No. 785, of VILLAGE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4829, page 4614, as amended in O.R.
