NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-010932 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2006-HE1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE1, Plaintiff, and, TOON, JEANNE M., et. al., are Defendants, Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of February, 2015, the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT NUMBER 602, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF LAKE FOREST, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 1, BUILDING 6, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 56 THROUGH 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MAY 28, 1985 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6000, PAGES 1082 THROUGH 1163, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
