Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 20, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT 1201 FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF PENTHOUSE GREENS, THE FAIRWAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 10, 11, 12, 13 AND 14, PUBIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN O.R. BOOK 4334, PAGE 1005, WHICH SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM WAS REFILED IN O.R. BOOK 4335 PAGE 1725, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO.
and commonly known as: 225 COUNTRY CLUB DR UNIT 1201, LARGO, FL 33771; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 11, 2015 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
