ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 51, ALSO BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5810, PAGE 335, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
and commonly known as: 1801 E LAKE RD #9C, PALM HARBOR, FL 34685; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 12, 2015 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
