Smith, Mainlands of Tamarac by the Gulf Unit No. Two Associaiton, Inc., Unknown Tenant(s), Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

BOOK 3071, PAGES 647 THROUGH 742 INCLUSIVE, AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE APPURTENANCES THERETO AND SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SAID DECLARATION.
