NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14005479CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC. is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH CLARK, A/K/A JOSEPH A. CLARK, A/K/A JOSEPH ALOYSIUS CLARK; JANICE CLARK, A/K/A JANICE R. CLARK, A/K/A JANICE RAE CLARK; BRIAR CREEK MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY I, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION , SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL BANK and UNKNOWN TENANT (S)IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 24th day of February, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS LOT 24, BLOCK B, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BRIAR CREEK MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY I AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4535, AT PAGES 1124 THROUGH 1189, INCLUSIVE AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24, AT PAGES 94 THROUGH 102, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1977 DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME IDENTIFIED BY VIN NUMBERS: 3824A AND 3824B
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
