NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13002189CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2007-9, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-9 is the Plaintiff and EDWARD VEPROVSKY; THE CLERK OF THE COURT FOR PINELLAS COUNTY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD VEPROVSKY and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 24th day of February, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, REPLAT OF ELMER H. COXS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
