NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 09, 2014, and entered in 11-003699-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICAIRIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM A INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GERARD M. LENNON A/K/A GERARD MICHAEL LENNON, DECEASED; CHARLES DAVID LENNON, AS NOMINATED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF GERARD M. LENNON A/K/A GERARD MICHAEL LENNON, DECEASED; CHARLES DAVID LENNON; DENISE LENNON; BRUCE JOHN LENNON; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 27, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 16, REPLAT OF PINE CITY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 74, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
