NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2011, and entered in 52-2010-CA-001591 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and ANTON O. TALLEY ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTON O. TALLEY ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT OFFICE; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A KAZINIA GUSPERSON are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 27, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK “C”, COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 43 AND 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
