NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 08, 2014, and entered in 12-003768-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY GARZA; MICHIKO GARZA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 02, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 6 FEET OF LOT 35, ALL OF LOT 36 AND LOT 37 LESS THE SOUTH 10 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 2, OF WEDGEWOOD PARK THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
