NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 14, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-005551-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF1 is the Plaintiff, and BRIAN FUCHS; SUZANNE SAULSGIVER A/K/A SUZANNE FUCHS; PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEWYORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ, INC., HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-S5; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SHERRY BAKER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on February 27, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. A2, BUILDING 124, PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I-#1, PHASE X, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5702, PAGE 1317, ET SEQ. AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 74, PAGES 57-61, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN AND ALL EXHIBITS AND ATTACHMENTS THERETO AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
