NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-005389-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LoanCare, a Division of FNF Servicing, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Virginia Cesaro; Unknown Spouse of Virginia Cesaro; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; All Other Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under, and Against a Named Defendant(s) Who are not known to be Dead or Alive, whether same Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 27th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLUE JAY WOODLANDS PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
