NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13005758CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and RANDY L CAIN PAULETTE E. CAIN; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 24th day of February, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, LESS THE EAST 10 FEET THEREOT, AND THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 3 IN BLOCK B OF CURLEW CITY FIRST REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOCK 63, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
