NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10002671CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and SENADA NEZIC; EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC.; EASTWOOD SHORES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MAINLAND ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 24th day of February, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT NO. D, BUILDING 1836, OF EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 53 THROUGH 58, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 75 THROUGH 80, INCLUSIVE, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4840, PAGES 2052 THROUGH 2130, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4895, PAGES 858 THROUGH 875, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL 0F THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Being that parcel of land conveyed to SENANDA NEZIC, A SINGLE MAN from ADAM JUSTIN WILLIAMS, A SINGLE MAN by that deed dated 12/16/2003 and recorded 1/13/2004 in Deed Book 13290 and Page 66 of the PINELLAS County, FL Public Registry.
