NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-004716-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Hector Arroyo; Maria De Alba; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 3rd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, IN BLOCK C, OF PINE HILLS SUBDIVISION NO. 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK T, AT PAGE 68 AND 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
