NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 9th of March, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., online via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk will offer for sale the real estate described as follows:
Parcel 1: the west 50 feet of lots 1 and 2, block d, west central park, replat, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in plat book h, page 96, of the public records of orange county, florida
Parcel 2: lot 14, J.E. mcneil's subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in plat book h, page 47, public records of orange county, florida.
together with all structures, improvements, fixtures, and appurtenances on said land or used in conjunction therewith. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment entered in this cause on February 2, 2015.
