NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 05, 2014 and entered in Case No. 1203984CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2006-A1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-A UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2006, is Plaintiff and Frank E. Rodman, Marisa D. Rodman, Villas at Waterside Condominium Association, Inc. are Defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 5 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO WIT: UNIT 10-101, VILLAS AT WATERSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED AT O.R. BOOK 2481, PAGE 723, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Street Address: 205 Waterside Circle, Marco Island, FL 34145
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
