Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 5, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
UNIT 3406, TREASURE BAY II AT BRIDGEWATER BAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3621, PAGE 3297, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as:3033 DRIFTWOOD WAY, NAPLES, FL 34109; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112. Naples, FL, on March 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
