NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 5, 2014 in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-000533 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and JENNIFER WALKER, OF ESTATE, JENNIFER WALKER, SIGSBEE WALKER, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5 day of March, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 69, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 68, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
