NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 4 day of November, 2014, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2012-CA-003677, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the public sale, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on March 4, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK Z, PINE RIDGE EXTENSION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
