NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 112013CA0020640001XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I TRUST 2006-NC5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 NC5 is the Plaintiff and GABRIEL RAMIREZ MISTY RAMIREZ; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A BART TERRELL IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 5 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
