NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Unit 3502, Naple Walk, Phase III, A Condominium, According to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1620, Pages 401 through 474, and subsequent amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Third Floor, Lobby Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on March 2, 2015.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
