NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-001937 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Banc of AmericaFunding Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-F, Plaintiff and Linda Jay Gowett a/k/a Linda J. Gowett a/k/a Linda C. Gowett et al are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on March 2, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL OF TRACTS 1 AND 2, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 91, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
