NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 8th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 412013004255, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FS1 is the Plaintiff and THOMAS CLARK A/K/A THOMAS R. CLARK; HARBOR PINES OF MANATEE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JENNIFER L. CLARK A/K/A JENNIFER L. GRAZIANO AKA JENNIFER GRAZIANO CLARK and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 26th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2, RED CEDAR BUILDING OF HARBOR PINES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1439, PAGE 4215, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 130 THROUGH 132, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
