NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-7045 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association is the Plaintiff and James N. Gibson, a/k/a James Nathan Gibson, a/k/a James Gibson; Melissa D. Gibson; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or Other Claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 27th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 25 FEET OF LOTS 24, 25 AND EAST 1/2 OF LOT 23, AND THE NORTH 50 FEET OF LOTS 26, 27 AND EAST 1/2 OF LOT 28, PINECREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
