YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Unit 404, Hawthorne at Lely Resort, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 4050, Pages 0026 through 0183, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as may be amended, together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging (the “Property”).
