YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs, BRADLEY G. RIGOR, as Curator of the Estate of Joseph C. Russo (''Curator”), and JENNIFER M. NEILSON, as Trustee of the Maryland Property Trust (''Trustee”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) have filed an action involving the administration of the Trust of Joseph C. Russo, known as The Maryland Property Trust established by the instrument dated October 7, 2005. You may have an interest in this action. You arc required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Keely F. Morton, Esq., Quarles & Brady LLP, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 1395 Panther Lane, Suite 300, Naples, FL 34109, within thirty (30) days after the first publication or this Notice in the BUSINESS OBSERVER. You must file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demand in the petition.
