Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9 a.m. on 9 day of March, 2015 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
LOTS 30 AND 31, BLOCK 3295, CAPE CORAL UNIT 66, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22,. PAGES 2 THROUGH 26 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
