Final Judgment was awarded on August 19, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-000668WS , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and RONALD MAUCK; ELIZABETH MAUCK; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TNENAT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
