TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE RIGHT OF INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE COMMON AREA AS CONTAINED IN THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND EASEMENTS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6682, PAGE 583, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
