THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JOSEPH R. FRANCIONI; JESSICA M. FRANCIONI; PATRICIA H. FRANCIONI; MARIO FRANCIONI A/K/A MARINO FRANCIONI; HEATHERWOOD LAKES PROPERTY ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 13 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 7015, HEATHERWOOD LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGES 20 THROUGH 25, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
