NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 18, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2013-CA-003768ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR7 is Plaintiff and KENNETH FONDERSON AKA KENNETH E. FONDERSON, JOSEPHINE FONDERSON, CONNERTON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC, CONNERTON COMMUNITY COUNCIL, INC, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of March, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 5, CONNERTON VILLAGE ONE PARCEL 101 AND 102, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 51, Page(s) 115 through 137 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
