NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2013, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 2, 2015, both entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007209 WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AMC1 is Plaintiff and GEORGE NYE, BONNIE NYE, UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION N/K/A RANDY NYE, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, PAULA S. O'NEIL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on March 19, 2015. The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1044, PALM TERRACE GARDENS, UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 37-38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
