Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 29, 2014, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on January 15, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the office of Paula S. O`Neil - AWS, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
LOT 112, BLOCK G, LA VILLA GARDENS UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 76 AND 77 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on March 4, 2015 beginning at 11:00 AM.
