Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2014, in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007019-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which Denise Karban, John Doe and Jane Doe as Tenant in Possession and Suncoast School Federal Credit Union are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on March 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutues the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:

Lot 201, Country Club Estates, Unit 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 85 and 86, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
