NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-003656-ES -, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and CHARLOTTE A. COVINGTON; RONNIE E. COVINGTON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 3rd day of March, 2015, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, OF PINES SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 35 AND 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2006 SKYLINE SUMMERHILL MOBILE HOME BEARING 1D NUMBER C1610576UA AND C1610576UB.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
