Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 16, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOTS 1 AND 2, HIGGINS ADDITION TO GOLF COURSE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 14409 21ST ST, DADE CITY, FL 33523; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on March 17, 2015 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
