NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-010067, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JOSE SARMIENTO; MANUEL DEJESUS BEATO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 19th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 19, WEST MADISON PARK AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
