NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, bac HOME loans Servicing, L.P. F/K/A Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., entered in this action on the 1st day of April, 2014, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on March 6, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 4, Block 46, Hammocks, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 107, Page 45 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Grand Oaks community at 8508 Trail Wind Drive, Tampa, Florida 33647 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
