NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 9, 2015, entered in Case No. 09-CA-029370 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2004-4 is the Plaintiff and Frank Failla; Maryann F. Failla; Bryan Media, Inc.; New Century Mortgage Corporation; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession of Subject Property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 24th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, BLOCK 1, COUNTRY RUN - UNIT II, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
