Final Judgment was awarded on January 6, 2015 in Civil Case No. 29-2011-CA-013240, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-HE3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE3 is the Plaintiff, and PEPE AGUIRRE; DIMARIE AGUIRRE; ANTHONY DAVILA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY DAVILA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CROSS CREEK II MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; CROSS CREEK PARCEL “0” HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 41, BLOCK 5, CROSS CREEK PARCEL M, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTRY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
