NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-002015, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FORTHE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF18 is the Plaintiff and JOHN W YORK; CLERK OF THE COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; HERITAGE ISLES GOLD AND COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; DELIA E RIVERA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 2, HERITAGE ISLES PHASE IE, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
